The University’s uniquely beautiful Streatham Campus is an ideal base to explore nearby Exeter and its surrounding areas. Steeped in more than 2000 years of history, with its Roman walls and maritime links, this Cathedral City is a fascinating place to explore. Described by The Times as “the best gardened campus in Britain” it is built around a large country estate which meanders over 300 acres of landscaped parkland, woodland, lakes, streams and gardens.

Holland Hall itself is a stunning modern residence with 400 en-suite bedrooms. All rooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. Bed linen, towels and a complimentary toiletry pack are provided along with tea and coffee making facilities. A full English or Continental breakfast is served daily in the glass fronted dining room.
